The Custom Boot Design Process
Our custom boot design process is meticulous and tailored to your unique vision:
1. Concept & Inspiration: Moodboarding, sketching, and material selection (capybara, bison, crocodile, and other exotic leathers).
2. Pattern Making & Measurements: Last selection, pattern drafting, and precise foot measurements.
3. Cutting & Prep: Leather cutting, skiving, and marking for stitching and inlays.
4. Assembly & Stitching: Upper construction, lining insertion, and toe box & heel counter reinforcement.
5. Lasting & Bottoming: Lasting, welt attachment, sole building, and shank placement for arch support.
6. Finishing Touches: Edge trimming, burnishing & polishing, and branding with your logo.
7. Presentation: Packaging in heritage-inspired boxes and dust bags.
